Luca Lai and Tania Abatiello are the managers of the Diving Center and are ready to welcome you in a family environment immersed in the nature.
Luca is born in Cagliari the 11/07/1982, living across the beaty of the sea of Sardinia he felt in love with the marine environment. He lived 8 years in Ferrara where he graduated in physical education and Sports and began a scuba course. Since 2009 he is living in Tuscany, wher he began the adventure in Baratti diving, and transform his passion in a work. The long experience from Luca will guarantee you comfort and safety on any dive in the Etruscan Coast and Elba Island. Luca is already a SNSI Instructor Trainer.
Tania Abatiello is born in Firenze the 20/03/1986, she began a Scuba course with Luca in the wonderful Baratti up to become divemaster. The love for scubadiving and the emotion that she feel by share this passion made Tania’s passion a real work. In the 2015 she decided to take part of the Instructor course with the Trainer Evaluator Alessio Dallai, with excellent results. In 2017 Tania becomes SNSI Recreational Nitrox Instructor, SNSI BLSD Instructor and SNSI Oxygen Provider Instructor, with all the experience by doing courses she become a Divemaster Instructor. In the same period she take part of the SNSI Freediving Course with a special teacher, Pipin Ferreras. It was a unique experience that allowed Tania to live unbelievable emotions. Tania can organize the necessary logistical support for your scubadiving in Tuscany. During all the year she organize scuba ad freediving courses to let introduce you by the wonder of the sea.

Fabio Pampana
Since he was a child he dive in the sea of Baratti and the Elba Island. His passion for diving led him to gain experience also in Sardinia and in Campania but he always return to the origins. He has always worked with Baratti Diving. Experience and attention in your dives make it a must-have guide and instructor.
Federica Pallaver
Marine Biologist out of passion, after an internship as Divemaster in 2015, abstinence for Baratti brings her back as a permanent presence at Baratti Diving and this time as SNSI Advanced Open Water Diver Instructor. Kindness and professionality are her best qualities.
Andrea Bellucci
Underwater Photography, for several years he has worked with Baratti Diving. Expert diving guide and Instructor by passion, he loves to capture breathtaking underwater pic. His experience will help you in the difficult choice: macro or environment ???
Giacomo Guerrieri
Lover of the sea and the Piombino coasts, he divides his days between the basketball fields and the sea of Baratti. He has a great desire to convey his passion and deep respect for the sea … fun is guaranteed with him !
